Saratoga Rowing Association (SRA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit whose mission is to strengthen our community by promoting the sport and culture of rowing, foster excellence, and integrity in our athletes, and grow Saratoga as a premier rowing destination.
Your gifts support SRA in making a difference in the lives of the children and families in Saratoga County as well as hundreds of young rowers across the northeast who travel to Saratoga to compete in our regattas each year.
2025 Rowathon is On!

Our 2025-2026 season has begun and we are gearing up for our annual 20 mile row (the Rowathon). This is our largest fundraiser and it supports our program in the areas of coaching & equipment. It is through your support that our programs flourish! Our fall season culminates with hosting our annual Head of the Fish Regatta, where we will get to defend our home water against some of the best crews in the country!
This past spring, SRA hosted six regattas, bringing thousands of athletes and spectators to Saratoga Springs and showcasing our community as a premier rowing destination. Our junior program had a tremendous season, qualifying and sending five eights (45 athletes!) to the USRowing Youth National Championships in June. On the elite stage, four members of our ARION program were selected to represent the United States at the Senior World Championships.
These milestones are a true reflection of the hard work and dedication of our athletes, coaches, and families—and of the generosity of supporters like you. Your commitment allows SRA to continue creating opportunities that strengthen our community and inspire excellence at every level of the sport.
The Saratoga Rowing Association is pleased to be able to offer the Rowing Assistance
Program (RAP) for rowers in our Junior Competitive and Learn to Row programs. RAP, funded by SRA and other donors, is designed to help offset program fees and is awarded based on need. RAP is an ongoing commitment of SRA and will be of help to families that may require financial assistance. Donations of any size are greatly appreciated.
