Youth Sculling

SRA is pleased to offer youth sculling camps to children ages 9-13.  These camps include 15 hours of instruction both on and off the water.  The goal of the camps is to introduce the sport of rowing, in particular, "sculling" (rowing with 2 oars) in a fun camp-style atmosphere.  These camps are limited to 10 athletes at a time in order to provide individual attention.  The athletes progress from "coxed quads" (4 rowers and a coxswain) to doubles, and recreational singles and finally racing singles (as seen below).
